It’s brown and hairy

and known amongst other things as a Zespri, a Chineese Goosberry or a Kiwifruit, and until today, I had never tried to eat a whole one, my limited experence was a bit or two on ice cream, a food I generally avoid….
Zespris are like a huge strawberry!! OMG!! delicious!! I am stoked, took me 25 years to figure this out, I’m pretty stupid sometimes.. 😐

No turtle today, but I’ve been thinking, perhaps my sightings of turtles may in fact be the same turtle, he obviously lives near the rig due to the artificial reef phenomena, the rig provides him with a multitude of fish to sustain him in his turtle ways.

The other quizzical throught I have had today (well.. main quizzical thought, (not a Quazcal thought – that’s mexican!) as I’ve had others) is that people really need to be genetically modified to be able to drink salt water. It seems to be great for the billions of fish, and theres a huge amount of it. The only problem is the ethical dilemmas inherent with genetic modifications, and that simpsons skit (Under the sea! Under the sea!)….. anyway, I think we’d all benefit from salt water. It’d certainly make water a less precious commodity as something like %80 of the world’s water is salty.
