There’s nothing more I can do capt’n!
Posted by tmz_99 on September 13th, 2005 filed in UncategorizedMy ipod mini died a few days ago. I woke up and found it’s lifeless husk lying on the desk next to me. Assuming that it was out of batteries, that I had let her play her sweet song throughout the night only to be extinguished by the coming of dawn I took her frail shell to my office and plugged her into the USB port.
No sooner had I plugged her in when my heart dropped again, she did not flinch, nor sigh, nor flicker. It’s funny, she looked much the same in death as she had in life, but it was as if the mp3s had left her hard disk.
Anyway, this has given me a week long opportunity to enjoy the radio stations built into the itunes software, I have been listening to everything from jazz and blues to jewish and japanese music. I hope that I there won’t be any problems finding a replacement ipod when I get home, and I REALLY hope they ‘run out’ of ipod mini replacements and decide to give me a new ipod nano. In black please 🙂 🙂
