Things are just cruuuiisin… :)

4 days here and I have to say things are going fairly well.. the boats are under control and Im busy enough not to be bored.. :)The weekend is coming up to, which apart from marking an almost-halfway point means theres a reduction of people calling me from town.

My mind is somewhat on what to do when in NZ, at the moment apart from the obvious “see everyone and party” crusade I’ve made two definite goals:
1.) Bungee jump from the Auckland  harbour bridge (40m)
2.) Inertia reel jump from the Sky City Casino Tower (192m at 85kp/h) – Im not sure if they do night-jumps, but that would be awesome!
3.) Go to the ice bar (I think theres one in Sydney too)

The house is going well, the tiler is in today and with my dad overseeing the next few stages of contruction (thanks dad!) Im sure everything will go according to plan. By the time I get home, the floors, fence, showers and some lights will be done – I think I owe dad some more beer :). In the 3 days Im home before flying out to NZ I will try and sort out the blinds, and possibly the paving (see how I go).

Speaking of holidays, I just booked my Japan trip. I think this will possibly be the hardest trip I have done for a while, I am going over in winter and at the moment have no idea where to stay. I am going over with a short list of things to do which hopefully will grow.
I’m leaving on the 16th of Feb.
Things to do:
– Eat Fugu (the blowfish)
– Go on the skinkansen (bullet train)
– Go to the gate nightclub
I also belive theres some sort of festival going on at the time, so that would be awesome to see.. 🙂 Also wouldn’t mind trying snowboarding.. See how I go!
