A week to go

Things here are cruising along nicely, my body has finally adjusted to the night shift (well enough to go to the gym afterwards, although the intense periods of inactivity during the night to leave my brain a little numb). I will be cruising home Wednesday week and thanks to Skywest it appears as though the possibility of me spending a few hours in the scenic town of Geraldton are quite the possibility.
I watched Superman Returns today – overall I found it a good movie, I’ve never been a big fan of Superman, it appears he is a hero with no need to reflect on himself, no dark side or moral questions ever pop up for him. It all makes him seem very alien. 😛 meh. I am looking forward to watching the new Spiderman movie although I realise it has had quite a few mixed reviews – one of those things I will have to judge for myself.

I got myself a new watch today from TokyoFlash. I’ve been pretty reserved with my credit card this time at work, I guess with stuff around the house needing my attention as well as the bike and cars approaching pinnacles in their development I have enough to worry about.
