HB Chocholate rolls into town.

So I’ve been pretty busy last few weeks. HB Chocolate rolled into town from Singapore to see me. I was really looking forward to this, we really took off back in Singapore and it was worth a shot. 🙂
It started off not too well with her arriving a day later then I thought she was due, which resulted in me leaving Angela’s birthday party early.
We hung around Perth for a few days, had a bbq to which I invited some of my closest friends and went down South to Margaret River for a few days (Marg.Riv is the Wine region about 300km south of the Perth metro area).

The first night we went out for dinner, fed animals at a farm and basically had a nice quiet one, relaxing in the jacuzzi in the hotel (was so hot I nearly passed out).
The second day was spent going to wine tours.. 🙂 I spent so much money on wine I am afraid to look @ my account at the moment. But wine is a good investment, especially good wine, especially chilli wine!
The last day there we went caving, we visited Mammoth cave which although missing hairy elephants is indeed rather large. Another cave we went to was govt. run and we got to go through ourselves with torches, was pitch black when they were turned off.
By this point due to multiple reasons I was more of less sick of HB Chocholate – it became quite clear that there is no long term prospects and the large chunks of imperfection were fast turning into boiling beneath the surface annoyance for me. However not being one to ruin someone else’s holiday I pretty much played nice and couldn’t wait until she left.

Life since Thursday has been great, have been chilling out 🙂 Went to Lancellin last night (about 100km North of Perth) and went sandboarding on the dunes up there, after the cardboard proved to be fairly useless me and Jo decided to roll down the dunes instead. Fun, painful but fun 😀
