To holiday or not to holiday?

Well.. the rig is finishing up soon and it’s entirely (very) likely I’m going to have a few weeks off at least, maybe even a month – definately the perfect time for a long-overdue holiday.
I am a bit trepedious as I have a few things I really need to finish in Perth at the moment – the new house needs the yard done, re-financing, settling in the new housemate (she needs more friends – she’s getting a bit upset at being alone all the time in a new-ish city) and I guess I want to fix a few things I may have fucked up, physical, mental and otherwise.. but I’m WELL due for a holiday..
I’ll leave it till I have a week to go and see what the situation looks like then. 🙂

Planning on a road trip in march when I get my lisence back. Thinking of buying a car (Victoria looks good at the moment for prices) or even Sydney and then driving it back along the coast road – problem is I don’t want to do a road trip by myself, but not many people I know can take time off from their jobs / girlfriends to embark on such an epic journey. I’m sure something or someone will present before March tho. 🙂
