Back to normal.. almost

Things are almost getting back to normal here, I have a severe case of brain-burn, which is my term for when I’ve been looking for a screen for too long, combined with a little bit of tiredness, some lethargy and it equates in a “misty” feeling about my current reality.. I’ll hit the gym tonight to get some time away from screens and it should come right by tomorrow, until then I’ll just have to deal.

I have to say Microsoft have done something right again with the invention of the “my space” service for msn users. I have to say that now out of my normal msn list about 6 people have come up with their own online blogs, which are also easily accessed due to the ease of use of messenger. Now if only I could link straight to here through the same service… 🙁 The only negative aspect is that there will be an even bigger profiliation of blogging, which means that the readers will be spread thinner through a greater amount of choice, ideally in a free market economy the best shall rise to the top anyway, so I guess I’d best be interesting otherwise everybody will stop reading.

I have to say there are a few things I want to get done next time, and a few things I want to buy, once again it seems like my wants have exceeded my meager abilities. Hence I have found myself in the position where once again I am forced to priorotise. At the moment the car and the house have to remain at the top of my list, the house becasue it’s the smartest thing to do, and the car becasue it’s stupid and has taken me such a long time that I’d better make some progress on it. This means that from now on I shall be trying to limit my expenditures to 1 purchase on other then the above and 1 activity/paid adventure (I’m not talking about whores, get your mind out of the gutter!).

I’ve been watching Mythbusters and Top Gear (nothing new there), the myth that yawning is contaigous has been confirmed.

I’m still looking for a new technician to hire on a casual basis, good help in Perth is either hard to find or far too expensive…..
