Off we ship

We are about to embark on a rather long tow, the swell will be high, the rig shall move and sea sickness shall be rife in those who love the land.
I got stuck into the gym 1st thing this morning, which has put a hugely awesome spin oin my morning, I feel as fresh as a freshly washed nappy, becasue I felt like crap last night..

Anyway, things are busy, and Im off to do those busy things. 🙂
